About Us


Situated in the lush, fertile, beautiful Ribble Valley is Hill’s Fine Foods where we prepare and create our range of Longridge Natural ice creams and sorbets.

Experimenting with top quality ingredients and recipes, Pam and Brenda work together to produce a range of flavours to tempt any palette. Our small-scale artisan production facility is state-of-the-art using as it does, a batch pasteuriser and batch ice cream/sorbet maker.

Every part of the production process is carefully controlled so that quality is not compromised in any way right down to the tubs being packed by hand.
